Health Is Wealth Family Care is a concierge-based practice. Which means we offer our services for a monthly fee with no annual contract. We provide traditional and functional medicine as well as weight loss memberships. Functional medicine takes a comprehensive approach to prevention, health, and well-being; treats root cause of disease; and restores healthy function through a personalized patient experience-all while being a vital partner to conventional medicine.
Direct patient care monthly membership
Pricing will vary but the goal is to provide fair pricing as well as lower your annual total health care costs We do this by keeping you out of the ER and all the services we offer. Please reach out for specific pricing: info@healthiswealthfc.com.
Below you will find a list of what is included in the monthly membership. We offer an all inclusive Functional (including typical traditional services), traditional only, weight loss, and kids at a very low rate!
Acute visit
Acute visits are included in monthly membership plans however if not a member, you can be seen if an opening available for acute issues for a cash pay cost as we aren't billing insurance. This will usually still save you money! Prices vary. Most of these may also be done virtually to save you time, money, and convenience!

Health is Wealth Family Care is a Direct Patient Care concept which allows for a monthly fee. We will not be billing insurance which will allow us to keep costs down and eliminate a lot of unnecessary overhead. You will be able to still use your insurance for lab test, imaging, preventative care, referrals to specialists, or if needed for any hospitalizations. Our goal is to get you feeling well right away! If you are already feeling well, you will still find Health Is Wealth Family Care beneficial to you as Brandy, Melissa, Janelle, and Jill can also work with your past medical history to look for areas of improvement to help with slowing down the aging process as well as helping you to feel well throughout your life! We can also discuss preventative medicine as well to make sure getting the most up to date recommendations on preventative screening. You will also have access to urgent/emergent after hour on-call services that cannot wait until the next business day. All questions sent through the portal are answered daily, Monday thru Friday no later than 3p.
